Digital Products (Downloads)
All digital products sold on the Piko Pika Kidz website—including PDFs, printable activities, and digital resources—are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been granted.
Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues with your download (such as file corruption or difficulty accessing your files), please contact us and we will provide assistance.
Digital products are licensed for personal or classroom use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Physical Books Purchased Through Amazon
All physical Piko Pika Kidz books are printed and fulfilled by Amazon.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for physical books are handled exclusively through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. Piko Pika Kidz does not process physical returns directly.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please request a replacement or refund through your Amazon order history within Amazon’s eligible return period.
Sale items
All digital products are considered final sale. Pricing discounts or promotions do not affect refund eligibility.
Exchanges
Digital products cannot be exchanged.
Physical book exchanges, if eligible, must be requested through Amazon in accordance with their policies.
Gifts
Digital products are non-refundable, including those purchased as gifts.
