1. Digital Downloads
All sales of digital products (including, but not limited to, PDFs, printables, e-resources, and activity packs) are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions prior to purchase.
If you encounter technical issues with your download (such as corrupted files or access problems), please contact us at info@pikopikakidz.com for assistance.
2. Books Purchased Through Amazon
All physical books are printed and fulfilled by Amazon.
Returns and refunds for books are processed in accordance with Amazon’s return policy.
If you received a damaged, defective, or misprinted book, please submit a replacement or refund request directly through your Amazon account within the applicable return window.
Piko Pika Kidz does not process or manage refunds for Amazon purchases.
